Barry R. Fischer
Barry R. Fischer provides the leadership of THE BARRY FISCHER LAW FIRM. He has specialized in commercial litigation and appeared on behalf of his clients in courts and arbitration hearings throughout the US for more than 40 years.
His clients include large and mid-size Latin American companies and high net worth individuals with interests in banking, financial services, sugar and ethanol production, mineral extraction and media and real estate development.
He has taught trial tactics and strategy for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy at Duke University Law School and The University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has lectured for the Practicing Law Institute on conducting complex factual investigations and was a contributing author of a book on investigative techniques.
Mr. Fischer has appeared on many television and radio interviews and as a television talk show panelist associated with his litigation practice. He has also appeared as a guest commentator on the Courtroom Television Network.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University and of Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and many United States Courts of Appeal and District Courts. He is a member of the bar of New York and Florida and of the American Bar Association and the Bar of the City of New York.
